As Tom is the hero and boyfriend of Harriet I wanted to give him a sexy look and strong macho vibe about him which is often represented by the hero and 'The Jock' character is the horror genre. I wanted this character is be represented as the strong person in the film, by making him dress in smart and business style clothing it connotes across to the audience that he is a powerful business man and will eventually end up in a high paying successful job. A man of everyone's dreams. A character just as sexy as Zac Efron and David Beckham. A man not just sexy but classy too and I feel this is shown through the choice of clothing.
